3 teaspoons of rinsed and drained capers

Thinly cut chives,

1/3 cup (15 g) plus more for garnish

1/2  teaspoon of salt

2 celery stalks, thinly cut

To assemble:

softened vegan butter

Paprika sweet

After preheating the oven at 425°F (220°C), roast the parsnips. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a large baking sheet. Season the baking pan with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Coat the parsnips by tossing them in the oil.
